Great coffee starts at the source and that’s entirely down to the coffee beans you use. At Busy Beans , we only use the finest beans, without compromise. From iced coffee and dry-fruit shakes to steaming cup of espressos and cooling pitchers of mocktails, slushies, and soda pops- we have our customers spoilt for choices. That’s not all! Apart from our extensive list of beverages, we also have some quick bites that’ll blow your mind- we are talking yummy garlic bread and scrumptious club sandwiches, crispy French fried toppled with cheese and warm pizzas with cheese oozing out of it, and of course our infamous chocolate brownie for the sweet tooth lovers- Shambhu’s Coffee Bar has it all for you.

The Roasting Process

The truly complete flavour of coffee is released when the beans are roasted. We roast ours right here in Uttar Pradesh so that we have complete control over the process. This ensures that the finished product is of the highest quality. We combine each batch before roasting to create our Hot Plate Cafe signature blends designed specifically for Ahmedabad coffee drinkers.

The beans are small batch roasted, with no batch bigger than 14kg bundles. This allows us to cup each batch and ensure the flavour profile meets our high-quality standards of freshness in every single bag.
